2023: Okowa to bribe religious Leaders in Delta, Invite Bishops, Pastors to Asaba, Today October 6th
Adelelye Kunle Report
Delta State Governor Sen. Dr. Ifeany Okowa has invited Leaders of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), Bishops, Pastors all Religious Leaders in Delta State, to a meeting, today.
Investigations revealed that he has decided to offer them some amount of money to get their support for the 2023 general Election.
Okowa claimed decitfullly that religious leaders and Politicians are one entity of God.
A clergyman, Pastor Osai Abanum from Umunede Ika North East Local Government Area, stated that.
“Okowa sometime ago accused the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, of attempting to gather votes by whipping up sentiments through the church
“Okowa has suddenly discovered that bribing the body of Christ that he disrespected should be the point of call to promote his mischievous Political lifestyle.
“Religious Leaders should reject Okowa’s bribe to avoid sharing with him in his iniquities, corrupt behaviors of bribery, extortion, Political fraud, embezzlement, nepotism, cronyism, and misappropriations which he wants to cover up with the body of Christ.
“Retirees especially in public service have not been paid their pensions and gratuities, yet someone is trying to fool God.
“I know that some shameless Bishops and pastors will go and collect money for their members to continue living at the mercy of poverty and total lack”.
“The shameless governor is worst than infidel for allowing pensioners to suffer like abandoned animals in his state,” he said.
