2023: Tinubu Is Not A Threat To My Presidential Ambition – Orji Kalu

The chief whip of the Senate, Orji Uzor Kalu, on Friday, stated that the presidential ambition of the National leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu is not a threat to his presidential bid.
Kalu stated this during an interview on Channels TV where he talked about his plan for Nigerians if he emerge as President in 2023.
The former governor when asked if Tinubu is a threat, said, “No! and I am not a threat to his ambition. By the time we meet in Eagles Square, this issue will be settled.
“Mind you, politics is not only about money; it is about the people you are going to govern … the people of the north-west, the people of north-east, the people of north-central, the people of the south-east, the people of the south-west, and the people of south-south, and we have the people. I can move the people and the people are with me.”
Both Tinubu and Kalu have expressed their interest to run for presidency under the ruling All Progressives Congress.
They will be battling out for the party’s ticket, alongside Rochas Okorocha and some others who are yet to declare their ambition.
