Man Under Investigation After Alleged Punching and Fondling With LASTMA Female Breast

Over the weekend, Saheed Adisa was charged with five offenses at the Ogba Magistrate Court for allegedly attacking a female employee of the Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASEMA).
Salami Bukola, a LASEMA official, was reportedly performing her duties when Adisa, for some reason unknown, smacked her in the face and fondled her breast.
According to Track News, the incident took place near a bridge’s underpass in Ikeja, Lagos.
The 37-year-old defendant was charged with five counts relating to assault, indecent body contact, and bodily injuries when he was brought before Magistrate F.M. Onamusi of the Ogba Magistrate Court.
A LASTMA officer named Salami Bukola was allegedly assaulted by you, Saheed Adisa, under the Ikeja Magisterial District, by striking her in the face with your fists.
That you, Saheed Adisa, engaged in indecent assault against Salami Bukola, a LASTMA officer, by caressing her breast impermissibly in public, according to the aforementioned magisterial district.
“That you, Saheed Adisa, did assault one Salami Bukola, a LASTMA officer, by striking her with your fists on her face, causing an injury to her nose, under the aforementioned magisterial district.”
Adisa reportedly entered a not guilty plea to each allegation, nevertheless.
According to Odugbo Innocent, the prosecuting attorney, the defendant committed an offense that is punishable under Section 174(e) of the Lagos State Criminal Law of Nigeria, 2015, according to Track News.
Magistrate Onamusi extended the case’s adjournment until September 12, 2022, albeit she allowed the defendant N200,000 in bail with two acceptable sureties.
