EPL: Massive blow – Klopp apportions blames as Liverpool drop three points

By Adeleye Kunle
Liverpool boss, Jurgen Klopp, has blamed his team’s impotent attack for Saturday’s shock Premier League 1-0 defeat against Nottingham Forest.
Klopp, who described his team’s defeat against Nottingham Forest as a massive blow, watched as the host won at City Ground following Taiwo Awoniyi’s only goal of the match.
Liverpool’s best chances during the contest came from set-pieces and squandered a number of glaring opportunities, with Roberto Firmino and Virgil van Dijk particularly culpable.
The result against Forest means Liverpool failed to get three points against Steve Cooper’s side.
The Reds now sit in the seventh position on the log with 16 points from eleven games
