EPL: He’s very positive – Ruslan Rotan predicts what’ll happen to Chelsea star next season
Ukraine caretaker manager, Ruslan Rotan has predicted winger Mykhailo Mudryk to play a ‘key role’ for Chelsea next season.
Rotan said Mudryk is very positive after the 22-year-old witnessed a slow start to his Premier League career.
Mudryk, who completed an £89million move to Chelsea from Shakhtar Donetsk in January, is yet to score his first goal for Chelsea.
“Mykhailo is a great talent and fulfilling his potential is right ahead of him,” Rotan said at his pre-match press conference ahead of Ukraine’s Euro 2024 qualifier against the Three Lions of England on Sunday.
“In a couple of months’ time he will play a key role in the Premier League. He is one of the diamonds in our team and we cherish him.
“He is very motivated to play at Wembley. He is one of the key players. He is very positive and we look forward to his future with great optimism,” he added
