Apapa’s Camp In Labour Party Are Not Trying To Attack Abure, They Are After Peter Obi – Olorunfemi

Deputy national chairman of the Labour Party, Comrade Ayo Olorunfemi has spoken about the feud between the embattled national chairman of the party, Julius Abure and the faction of the party loyal to Lamidi Apapa
According to Olorunfemi, the main aim of the Apapa-led faction of the Labour Party is to withdraw the petition that the party’s presidential candidate, Peter Obi filed in court challenging the declaration of APC’s Bola Tinubu as winner of the February 25th presidential election. He said Apapa’s camp believes that they will be able to achieve their aim if they can get Abure out of his position as national chairman of the party.
YouTube by AIT, Olorunfemi said “When we say that these people are working very hard in ensuring that they frustrate the matter at the tribunal, we know what we are talking about. It is not Abure they are trying to attack, they are coming for Peter Obi, our presidential candidate and the only way they can do that is to get Abure out of the way. They believe that once they get Abure out of the way, they will get to Peter Obi but unfortunately our team is solid”.
