Real Results Is Between Me And LP Candidate Obi, Atiku Tells Court In His Petition Against Tinubu

According to correspondent, People’s Democratic Party (PDP) candidate Alhaji Atiku Abubakar stormed the Abuja Presidential Petitions Court on Thursday to observe proceedings in the case he filed challenging the results of the 2023 presidential election.
However, Punch recalls that Atiku and his party are questioning the declaration of Asiwaju Bola Tinubu of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) as the winner of the presidential election.
Among other things, he demands the withdrawal of the return certificate issued to Tinubu by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) because Tinubu was not the winner of the election, the real winner is between me and LP candidate Peter Obi.
The pre-hearing of the petition was to continue before the five-member panel headed by Judge Haruna Tsammani.
Atiku, who had meanwhile submitted a request to live to stream the ongoing process of his petition, arrived in the courtroom at around 8:35 a.m. accompanied by his friends and congratulations, including the PDP’s candidate for governor of the forthcoming governorship in Kogi State, Senator Dino melaye.
