Those against Tinubu swearing-in ignorant – Elders Forum President, AbdulAziz

The National President of the Patriotic Elders Forum of Nigeria, Dr Bature AbdulAziz has lambasted those calling for the suspension of the swearing-in of the President-elect, Senator Bola Tinubu.
AbdulAziz explained that calling for the suspension of the swearing-in of the President-elect was like calling for anarchy.
While speaking to newsmen in Kano, Saturday, he said some people were hellbent on causing uncertainties in the nation.
“Why are you calling for the suspension of swearing-in? What you are asking for, has it any position in the law or in the Nigeria history?” He queried.
He said the law clearly provided that the President-elect or Governor-elect or whosoever can still take an oath of office while the matter drags in the court.
“So, why are some people killing themselves in the name of trying to stop the swearing-in, this is baseless, they are speaking out of ignorance,” he said
