GOV OKOWA’S EXECUTIVE AIDE, LATIMORE OGHENESIVBE JOINS AEJMC AS FULL INTERNATIONAL MEMBER.
Political Communication expert and Attorney-At-Law, Dr Fred Latimore Oghenesivbe has been admitted as full international member of the Association For Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC), based in Columbia, United States of America.
AEJMC is a nonprofit, educational association of journalism and mass communication educators, students and media professionals.
The Association’s mission is to promote the highest possible standards for journalism and mass communication education, to cultivate the widest possible range of communication research, to encourage the implementation of a multi-cultural society in the classroom and curriculum, and to defend and maintain freedom of communication in an effort to achieve better professional practice and a better informed public.
Oghenesivbe, an executive aide to the governor of Delta State on Communications, is reputed internationally as a resource person in media and communication research with focus on political advertising and Communication; especially in strategic agenda setting in political propaganda, diversionary tactics and multifaceted personality interpretations laced with punchy reactions while defraying blackmail and half truth.
He holds degrees in several disciplines including Political Science, Public and International Affairs, Public Administration, Law and currently a part-time postgraduate scholar of Mass Communication at the prestigious University of Lagos.
Oghenesivbe is also a full member of the Nigerian Institute of International Affairs (NIIA), member, American Political Science Association (APSA), Member, International Political Science Association (IPSA), Member, International Communication Associations (ICA), Member, Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), Fellow, Civilian Institute of Democratic Administration (FCIDA), Member, American Embassy and Channels TV Academy Government Spokespersons Hall of Fame 2017, et al.
