Transfer: Former England goalkeeper, James suggests club Rice should join

Former England goalkeeper, David James, has urged West Ham’s Declan Rice to choose Manchester City over Arsenal.
The Gunners have been favourites to land the Hammers captain until City showed interest in the player.
Now, Rice is expected to choose between the Premier League champions and runners-up from last season.
James feels Rice would easily win silverware at the Etihad than at the Emirates.
“Why would he want to play for Arsenal?
“One team is the European, FA Cup, Premier League champions and the other is neither, or none,” he said
