IGP Egbetokun Appoints CP Tunji Disu As Principal Staff
Acting Inspector General of Police (IGP), Kayode Egbetokun, has appointed Commissioner of Police (CP) Tunji Disu, to lead and coordinate the administration of the office of the IGP.
Lagosreporters reports that this was a recognition of Disu’s dedication to policing the nation and ensuring the protection of lives and property.
Disu’s primarily focused on managing the flow of information and people and advising the IGP on various issues.
He also has a crucial role in ensuring the success or otherwise of his principal (the Ag. IGP) who has entrusted the role to him during a particular tenure in office.
With this appointment, Disu will carry out the role of being Egbetokun’s right-hand man as he executes his role as the Acting Inspector General of Police.
