Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Yenagoa, just now, have strikes out APM case against Konbowei Benson
The Tribunal in its ruling said, the Petitioners, which is APM party, have failed to proof their forgery allegations against the 3rd respondent (Konbowei Benson), Senator representing Bayelsa Central Senatorial District at the 10th Senate.
Therefore, the tribunal strike out the case for lacking in merit, and upheld Konbowei as the validly elected Senator representing Bayelsa Central Senatorial District.
