Minister of Defence Pledges Renewed Capacities Of Security Agencies

The Nigerian Government has pledged to ensure that the safety of the citizens is given the highest priority by rebuilding the capacities of the security services in the renewed Hope Agenda of the President.
The Minister of Defence Alhaji Mohammed Badaru stated this in his Independence Day Message to Nigerian on the occasion of its 63rd Anniversary as contained in a statement by the Ministry.
Badaru said; “As we commemorate a day that holds great significance for the vibrant Nigerians with renewed hope and determination of this present administration to build a strong and better future for Nigerians, I pray our dreams of becoming a strong and prosperous nation shall be fulfilled.”
“We in the Ministry of Defence have keyed into the renewed Hope Agenda of this administration and we are committed to join Mr. President in placing our nation on the path of prosperity and growth, ” he said.
