The burial of Late Princess Dorcas Doo Cleopas has been announced.

The burial of late Princess Dorcas the mother immediate past senator Bayelsa central Cleopas Moses has been announced.

A statement by Chief (Major) Emontimi .K. Cleopas (Rtd), the body of Late Princess Dorcas Doo Cleopas AKA “Affectment Mama” will leave FMC Yenagoa, to her home town Koluama 2 Community in Southern Ijaw LGA, by 9 O’clock in the morning on Friday 27th October, 2023.

By 12 noon, the body of Late Princess Dorcas Doo Cleopas will lay in state at Late Chief S. J. Cleopas family house, Idowei Idimu, in Koluama 2.

According to the statement, from 1 to 6pm, there are lots of socio-cultural and sporting activities lined up to take place. And from 6pm till dawn it will be Christian and traditional wake -keeps.

Late Princess Dorcas Doo Cleopas AKA “Affectment Mama” (Nee Tukobai), is survived by six (6) children, sixteen (16) step children, thirty two (32) grand children, fifty two (52) great grand children and a host of other relations.

Saturday 28 October, 2023, by 10:30am Late Princess Dorcas Doo Cleopas body will be taken from her father’s residence to open field for Inter-denominational burial service after which the body will be interred.

There will be a family Thanksgiving and outing service on Sunday 29 October, 2023, by 9 O’clock in the morning at St. John’s Anglican church Koluama 2.
