VICTORIOUS TURNAH SET FOR THANKSGIVING OVER EFCC’S 7 YEARS TRIAL
The godson of Former President Goodluck Jonathan, Barr. George Alabh Turnah (MON) has been discharged and acquitted by the Appeal Court sitting in Port Harcourt of all the 23 Count Charge filed against him by the EFCC.
TrackNews Media gathered that a judgement delivered by Honourable Justice A. T. Mohammed Discharged and Acquitted Turnah of all corruption allegation level against him after the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) and her Counsel failed to prove one out of the 23 Charges.
It will be recalled that the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) had charged Barr. Turnah, his Companies and allies to Federal High Court in Port Harcourt of corruption allegation seven years ago which the lower court found him guilty which Turnah Appeal.
