Okoroma Group Celebrates Diri-Ehwrudjakpo Win with “Faithful God” Thanksgiving Service

A Pro-Diri group in Nembe, Prosperity House Okoroma, has sent an invitation to the general public for a special thanksgiving service celebrating the success of Senator Douye Diri, Governor of Bayelsa State, and his deputy, Senator Lawrence Ehwrudjakpo, in the November 11, 2023, Bayelsa State Governorship Election.
The group emphasized the significant role it played in the grassroots campaign, contributing to about 85% of the total votes in favour of the PDP in Okoroma.
The thanksgiving service, themed “THE FAITHFUL GOD; Deuteronomy 7:9 , aims to express gratitude to God, the foundation of their success, and formally appreciate the Okoroma people for their massive support to the Prosperity Government.
Scheduled for the 3rd of March 2024 at the Living Faith Church (Winners Chapel), Akakumama Town Okoroma clan, by 9:00 am, the service will be preceded by a Thank You tour on Thursday, 29th February, – Saturday, 2nd March 2024.

The organizers emphasized the necessity of thanking God, especially considering the threats to lives during the buildup to the November 11, 2023, Governorship election in Bayelsa State, and despite all challenges, the Prosperity House Okoroma set up a local campaign team with the mantra ‘Prosperity Reloaded’for community-based campaigns and stakeholders’ engagement, ensuring victory with no loss of life.
They urged the public to join them in giving praises to God for His faithfulness throughout the electoral period.
