For failing to present students from his department for the institution’s 36th Convocation Ceremony, the Vice Chancellor of the University of Calabar (UNICAL), Prof. Florence Banku Obi, has sacked the Head of Department (HoD) of Fine and Applied Arts, Prof. Victor Ecoma.
The university’s Registrar, Mr. Gabriel Egbe, revealed this in a press statement issued in Calabar on Monday.
