Ogbia Council Boss, Appoints Prince Isaac Amakuro as Political Secretary
In a recent development, Mr. Prince Isaac Amakuro, a dedicated and well-respected figure in Ogbia Local Government Area, Bayelsa State, has been appointed as the Political Secretary of the council. This appointment, which comes as a result of his nomination and subsequent approval by the chairman of the local government Hon. Golden Jeremiah
Expressing his gratitude, Mr. Amakuro thanked God for his mercy and grace in every aspect of his political and private life, acknowledging that God always makes a way for him. He also extended his appreciation to Governor Diri and Deputy Governor Ewhrudjakpo for giving him the opportunity to serve in this capacity, describing it as a privilege to serve the people selflessly and consciously.

Mr. Amakuro also expressed his gratitude to Hon (High Chief) Barr. Alabh George Turnah MON, whose support and guidance were instrumental in his appointment. He commended Hon. Golden Jeremiah, the Executive Chairman of Ogbia Local Area, for making him a choice to work with, promising to work faithfully and loyally to bring the dividends of democracy to the people of Ogbia.
Furthermore, Mr. Amakuro thanked all leaders of Ogbia Local Government Area whose input led to his appointment, as well as the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the State for their steadfastness and commitment. He called on Ogbia citizens and residents to support Hon. Golden Jeremiah’s administration, noting that he is well-prepared politically and administratively to bring prosperity to Ogbia Local Government Area.
In conclusion, Mr. Amakuro reiterated his commitment to serving the people of Ogbia diligently and called for the support and cooperation of all stakeholders in achieving the goals of the “New Era” agenda of the council’s administration.
