Baraza Cooperative Disputes Becky Buodeigha’s Claims, Cites Pattern of Dishonesty
In a recent development surrounding the legal battle between Baraza Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited and Miss Becky Buodeigha, startling revelations have emerged, painting a picture contrary to Becky’s claims.
Baraza Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited has accused Becky Buodeigha of deceit and misrepresentation in their ongoing legal dispute. According to Baraza Cooperative, Becky’s claims are deceptive, showcasing a pattern of dishonesty without remorse.
The court judgment and subsequent orders, executed on May 10th, 2024, solely concern the matter between Baraza Cooperative and Becky, with no private interest or involvement of Baraza’s CEO. Becky allegedly criminally possessed cooperative properties, contradicting her court deposition where she claimed to have never been in possession.
“A certified true copy of her court deposition has been attached, highlighting discrepancies in her claims,” said the Baraza Cooperative spokesperson.
