The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has arrested and detained Mr Paul Chukwuma, the 2025 APC governorship aspirant in Anambra state.

He is accused of diverting TETFUND contract of about 3 billion naira. According to a report published on Premium Times, “TETFund awarded a controversial N3.8 billion contract to Mr Chukwuma’s company and paid N2.9 billion to the company in four installments without following due processes.”

Track News Online gathered that ICPC has given a stringent condition for his bail which he has been unable to meet as at the time of filing this report.

Mr Paul Chukwuma few weeks ago declared his intention of contesting the 2025 Anambra state governorship election on the platform of APC.
