Lagos Court Orders Oba Otudeko to Appear for N30bn Fraud Trial

The Federal High Court in Lagos has directed Oba Otudeko to enter a plea in the fraud charges brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Justice Chukwujekwu Aneke issued the order on Monday, emphasizing that Otudeko must take his plea before the court can consider any application challenging its jurisdiction.
The EFCC had earlier filed a 13-count charge against Otudeko and three others over an alleged N30 billion loan fraud.
The case has been adjourned until May 8.
