Hon. Alapala Congratulates Elder Omeni Sobotie on National Appointment

Alapala Anthony Ebitonmo, Minority Whip and Member representing Burutu Constituency 1 in the Delta State House of Assembly, has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Elder Omeni Sobotie, Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, following his appointment as Chairman of the Governing Board of the Nigeria Institute for Oil Palm Research (NIFOR), Benin.
