Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has stated that the power situation in the country is not funny.
He made the comment while responding to questions from his Twitter followers on Thursday, January 24.
Tracknews.ng notes that a social media user, @ofishea, had queried Atiku about his alleged ownership of a generator company, questioning if Nigeria will have power if he becomes president.
Atiku said that as a businessman, he doesn’t enjoy spending so much on diesel and that power is a key focus area in his plan for the country.

Meanwhile, Tracknews.ng previously reported that Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and his running mate, Peter Obi, have been endorsed for the February 16 presidential election by the apex Igbo socio-cultural organisation, Ohanaeze Ndigbo.
The endorsement which was signed by the organisation’s president general worldwide, Chief John Nnia Nwodo, was contained in a communiqué issued on Thursday.
The communiqué was issued at the end of the Ime Obi Ohaneze Ndigbo meeting which took place at the Nike Lake Hotel in Enugu.
