Delta Governor celebrates High Chief Emonena Egukawhore on his birthday

Delta State Governor, Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff F. O. Oborevwori, has congratulated renowned business tycoon, philanthropist, and Chairman of De Wayles Group of Companies, High Chief (Dr.) Emonena Victor Wayles Egukawhore, JP, FCILE, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
