Former Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, is scheduled to visit Bayelsa State on April 20 to inspect the Angiama-Oporoma Bridge, a project he inaugurated while in office.
Governor Douye Diri made this known on Thursday while addressing participants at the state’s weekly Prosperity Walk.
According to the governor, the visit will provide an opportunity for the former Vice President to assess the current state and impact of the bridge project, which remains a critical infrastructure linking riverine communities in the state.
The Angiama-Oporoma Bridge is considered a significant development effort aimed at improving connectivity and boosting socio-economic activities in the area.
