Engr. Ikioumoton Fredrick Ugo has emerged unopposed in the just-concluded affirmation primaries of the All Progressives Grand Alliance held in Yenagoa, securing the party’s ticket to contest for Kolokuma/Opokuma Constituency II in the 2027 Bayelsa State House of Assembly election.
