IYC Crisis/ Mayor Asks Court To Sack Igbefa As President.
TRACKING____The suit with reference number SHC/28/2020 was filed by former IYC presidential aspirant, Comrade Mayor Henry.
Comrade Mayor Hart Henry Aladiokuma, presidential candidate in the just concluded Ijaw Youth council (IYC) general elections that was held at Oporoza, Delta State have gone to the Sagbama High Court to challenge the age of the winner of the elections, Comrade Peter Timothy Igbifa.
He’s praying the court amongs other things the declaration and voiding of the votes of the winner of the said election and subsequently declare him the winner haven gotten the second highest votes cast in the election.
Recall that few days after the election a document from Timothy’s polling unit surfaced on media, implying that he was above 44years.
