Friends, family members and well-wishers on Sunday, September 13, 2026, gathered in Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, to celebrate the dedication of Master Ayebamiete Furo Igbeta, son of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Furo Igbeta.
The dedication reception, held at Matho Crystal Hotel, Yenagoa, brought together political leaders, community stakeholders, family members and associates to celebrate the new addition to the Igbeta family.
Mr. Kenneth Furo Igbeta, who serves as the Youth President of Nembe City (Ogbolomabiri), received guests and well-wishers who joined the family in marking the special occasion.
Among the dignitaries in attendance were the APC Candidate for Bayelsa East Senatorial District, His Highness Israel Sunny-Goli; APC Candidate for Brass-Nembe Federal Constituency, Hon. Jonathan Robinson Obuebite, PhD; Member representing Nembe Constituency 1 in the Bayelsa State House of Assembly, Hon. Oteigbanyo George-Braah, Esq.; and former member representing Nembe Constituency 1, Chief Bright Erewari, who served as Chairman of the occasion.
Others included the Commissioner for Environment, Hon. Ebi Ben Ololo; Executive Chairman of Nembe Local Government Area, Chief David Alagoa; Vice Chairman, Hon. Inikio Daniel; Leader of Otita Force Worldwide, Hon. Gabriel Jonah; former Vice Chairman of Nembe LGA, Hon. Abel Allison; and National Secretary of the Ijaw Youth Council (IYC) Worldwide, Dr. Ayebakuro Igbeta, Esq.
Also present were the Secretary of Nembe LGA Education Authority, Dr. Mayomi Asuku; Member of the Bayelsa State Teachers Training Registration and Certification Board, Mr. Omie Thompson; former Commissioner for Energy, Bayelsa State, Hon. Francis Ikio; Chief Austin Aye-Martins, among other dignitaries and guests.
The gathering featured prayers, goodwill messages and celebrations as guests congratulated Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Furo Igbeta and prayed for wisdom, good health, grace and a prosperous future for their son, Ayebamiete.
The ceremony ended on a joyful note, with the family expressing appreciation to everyone who attended and supported them in celebrating the dedication of their son.
