Bayelsa State Councilor Set to Construct Concrete Bridge In Her Ward.
Hon. Miracle Onem Councilor Representing Ward 2 Ogbia 8th Legislative Assembly, in Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa State haven’t received funds for ward Development Project, held a consultative meeting with critical stakeholders at Otuokpoti Community to determine which project to be carried out and it was resolved that the dilapidated wooden bridge connecting the internal roads network within the ward community be converted to concrete foot bridge.
According to Hon. Miracle, she received funds for ward Project weeks back but was thinking on a particular project that will benefit all. In her words, ” I was thinking on what project can I undertake considering the sum and My intention to carryout a project that will be sustainable and benefit to all and after holding the consultation section.”
“I must commend people of my Ward for the commitment and love toward the Progress of Our Ward, for unanimously I have decided to carry out the conversion of the old wooden bridge to concrete bridge for the benefit of all.”
Few hours after the meeting Hon. Miracle with her Project management team proceeded to procure and mobilized all construction materials and machineries preparing the ground to start the Project
Hon. Miracle appreciates the Prosperity Administration ably lead by His Excellency Sen Douye Diri for reactivating the Ward Development Projects policy as measures to trigger rural Infrastructural Development, She further Hon. Ebinyo Marvin Turner Executive Chairman Ogbia LGA, for releasing ward Development Fund, “sir please your continued support is great key in achieving this wonderful Project.”
Miraculous Councilor as fondly called thanked her ward critical stakeholders and assured them of project completion without delay.
