Senator Mrs. Betty Okagua Apiafi who represents Rivers West Senatorial District, carried out massive empowerment programme in her Senatorial District. She distributed Vehicles, Mini Buses, Grinding Machines, Motorcycles, Generators, Sewing Machines, etc. This happened on Monday 4th April, 2021 at Okoboh Abua, Rivers State
She also commissioned Furnished classroom block, a police post with accommodation, and distributed drugs to health care centre.
So many people have praised her for what she did including one Abua Indigene named Precious Fabia who in his words said
“I have seen empowerment but this one left me speechless”
