A political analyst John Okafor has asked the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, in the just concluded Anambra governorship election, Andy Uba, to apologise to Primate Elijah Ayodele.

Recall that in the run-up to the Anambra governorship election, Primate Ayodele, the leader of the INRI Evangelical Church, had warned the former lawmaker not to contest in the polls.

Ayodele had claimed that Andy Uba would only be wasting his money as he won’t emerge victorious.

But in his reaction, the APC guber candidate described the “man of God” as a false prophet.

According to Uba, he would win the election and emerge governor of the southeast state.

Tracknews Online recalls that the candidate of the All Progressives Grand Alliance, Chukwuma Soludo, was declared the winner of the election by INEC on Wednesday morning.

Reacting in a statement on Friday, Okafor advised the former lawmaker to apologise to the cleric if he wants to be successful.

He said Uba should apologize to the “man of God for dragging his name in the mud if at all he wants to have a good political outing in the future.”
