“Nigeria now a theatre of death”, AIT Founder, Dokpesi laments

The Chairman of a group rooting for Atiku Abubakar to contest the 2023 presidential election, Raymond Dokpesi, has lambasted the All Progressives Congress (APC)-led Federal Government, saying the country is now a theatre of death.
Dokpesi made the statement when Salvage Nigeria Group, a team soliciting support for former Vice-President, Atiku Abubakar to re-contest for President come 2023, paid a visit to the leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Lafia, Nasarawa State.
According to the Nigerian media entrepreneur, the state of insecurity is increasing day by day, lamenting that citizens are killed on a daily basis while students and pupils are kidnapped without any effort by security agencies to nip the killings in the bud.
He said: “Over 14 million pupils in Nigeria are out of school due to the unabated skirmishes, banditry and kidnapping”, adding that “the only person that would salvage this country is Atiku Abubakar”.
The chairman of the campaign team affirmed that the principal responsibility of a responsible government is the protection of lives and property. “It is only in Nasarawa State that Muslims and Christians are living side by side”, he stated.
While urging the people of the State to come out en-masse to acquire their voter’s card with the on-going Continued Voters Registered exercise, he further lamented that the nation is in a mess.
