Engr. Udengs Congratulates Senator Godswill Akpabio CON On His 59th Birthday

The Special Adviser to interim Administrator/CEO of the Niger Delta Development Commission on Youth Affairs, Engr. Udengs Eradiri congratulates the Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Senator Godswill Obot Akpabio CON as he marks his 59th birthday anniversary .

In a congratulatory message officially signed by the former Ijaw Youth Counci Worldwide President, former Bayelsa State Youth Commissioner and also former Environment commissioner which was made available to newsmen on thursday.

Engr. Eradiri affirmed that the Honourable Minister supervising the NDDC as an interventionist agency is a thorough breath of President Muhammadu Buhari administration who has shown sincerity, hardwork and dedication towards the President massive plans to develope the Niger Delta Region since he assumed office on Monday the 31st day of August, 2019.

While wishing the Former Governor of Akwa Ibom State sound health, long life and many more years of fruitfulness, the Special Adviser to interim Administrator/CEO of the NDDC observed that the completion of the eighteen story NDDC Office in Portharcourt under the surpervision of Senator Godswill Akpabio is among many testimonies to affirm the Honourable Ministers landmark achievement in his responsibility to fascilitate quality projects to the Niger Delta Region, which stands out relatively as the most peaceful region in the Country.

The Senoir Aide to the NDDC boss added that the successful completion of the forensic audit exercise ordered by President Muhammadu Buhari and the ongoing works on the Rivers and Bayelsa State axis of the east west road are other notable projects that indicates Senator Akpabio’s determination to bring to fruition the intention of the All Progressives Congress led federal Government to improve key infrastructures in the Niger Delta Region

The Former National President of the Ijaw Youth council (IYC) World Wide also praised Senator Godswill Apkabio for facilitating the completion of the one thousand bed hostel at the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State which will soon be commissioned by Mr President, adding that such project will enhance students standard of living in the region and practically guarantee atmosphere for academic excellence .

Eng. Udengs Eradiri who expressed belief that the former senator that represented Akwa-Ibom North-West Senatorial district in the 8th assembly will offer renewed commitment in the course for better Niger Delta Region also thanked the Senator for his consistent engagement of relevant stakeholders of the region particularly different social cultural groups and other youth ethnic bodies to ensure peace and stability across the nine states of the Niger Delta Region
