Tambuwal: I’m the most qualified presidential aspirant in terms of legislative, executive experience

Sokoto State governor, Aminu Tambuwal, says he is the most qualified to be Nigeria’s president from May 29, 2023, in terms of legislative and executive experience.
He also warned members of his Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) not to cast their votes on the basis of primordial sentiments during the forthcoming non-elective convention of the main opposition party in Abuja.
The presidential aspirant spoke yesterday in Benin, at the Edo State secretariat of the PDP while meeting with delegates of the party.
He assured PDP members that he would make good use of his many years of experience to give financial autonomy to the judiciary, legislature and the local government councils, thereby performing much better than President Muhammadu Buhari of the governing All Progressives Congress (APC).
Tambuwal, while referring to his achievements as the governor of Sokoto state, where primary education is free and accessible to all, assured that he would replicate it at the centre, if elected Nigeria’s president next year.
The presidential aspirant stated that he was in full support of restructuring of the country, and he would endeavour to ensure it took place, while stressing that under his watch, no part of Nigeria would be left behind.
Edo Chairman of the PDP, Dr. Tony Aziegbemi, in his remarks, assured Tambuwal that the core of the state’s delegates would vote for him, in view of his vast experience, honesty, focus and love for Nigeria.
