By Adeleye Kunle
Nollywood actress Bimpe Oyebade, also known as Mo Bimpe, has addressed the’sex for role’ allegation leveled against her and colleague Yomi Fabiyi.
Following Yomi’s divorce from Grace Jimoh, some anonymous students of his academy claimed that the actor demands sex for movie roles.
Similarly, an Instagram blogger claimed that Yomi and Bimpe’s feud was caused by sex for a role.
During an interactive Instagram session with fans, however, someone asked Bimpe if she and Yomi were fighting over the sex for role accusation.
In response, the newlywed actress denied having sex for a role, claiming that Yomi asked her out for a relationship after they finished filming.
Bimpe went on to say that she doesn’t have any feelings for the actor because he insisted on dating her or being enemies, and she had to choose.
“Is it true that you and Yomi dey fight because of sex for role?” fans inquired.
Bimpe responded: “No! In fact, he didn’t ask me out until we finished his film in which I appeared (though he claimed that if he knew I was going to turn him down, he would have done so before shooting the film). We don’t get along because he insisted on either dating me or being enemies, and I had to choose.”
