“He was riding his Bajaj motorcycle to work in Orange Market Mararaba, Nasarawa State, when he was tragically involved in a fatal hit-and-run motor/motorcycle accident, which left his lifeless body with severe bodily injuries.” However, no vital organs were harvested.

“After receiving information from a Good Samaritan relayed by the Command Control room, operators from the Asokoro division drifted to the scene, removed the body to the hospital where he was confirmed dead, and subsequently deposited at the Asokoro mortuary.” The investigation has been stepped up in order to apprehend the fleeing suspect, and contact has been established with the deceased’s family.

“Once again, the public is urged to avoid the habit of falsely or exaggerating incidents, even as police continue to do everything possible in the Territory to keep crime and criminality to a bare minimum.”
