IYC President Breaks Silence On Sammy George’s Allegations – See Details

The president of Ijaw Youth Council has finally reacted to viral statement made by the immediate past chairman of Ijaw Youth Council, Eastern zone, Sammy George on incompetency, mal-administration and unlawful interference.
While reacting, the Ijaw Youth Council leader attributed the viral statement as untrue and full of lies that holds no water. He narrated how he tried to clean the mess and negative steps laid by the immediate past chairman, Sammy George.
He explained that Sammy George failed to stand on the truth that Ijaw is widely recognized. He attributed Sammy’s anger to his failure in the national election that constituted the newly executives on board for Ijaw Youth.
The Ijaw Youth Council President also informed newsmen that the speaker and other executives which he constituted are aware of the latest developments and expect quick action to be taken.
While making reference to the problem of Nkoro in the Eastern zone, he clearly stated that Sammy George spearheaded the problem out of his desperation to be zonal chairman.
In another remark, the president also make reference to how Ijaw youths are struggling under the current government in the national level and the need for them to rise up to their full responsibilities ahead of 2023 general elections.
He urged every Ijaw youth to be fully involved on how to bring a better growth and development in the nation.
