Shocking: Govt House, Secretariat Empty As Protesters Hit Lagos

Mohammed Oluwatimileyin Taoheed reports,
Arriving at Alausa, Ikeja, the seat of the Lagos State Government House and Secretariat, the protesters who had earlier marched to the streets of Lagos on Tuesday to air their fury over the unending closure of tertiary institutions as a result of workers’ strike, have met both places empty with no official in sight.
Recall our earlier report that the Sanwo-olu led government had given its workers four-day holiday to go and register for forthcoming 2023 election.
Track News Nigeria covers that even the House of Assembly Complex where the protesters ended their protest was also devoid of activities.
Our Correspondent, Mr. Mohammed Oluwatimileyin Taoheed, understands that it is the same at the Lagos State House, the official residence of the state governor.
