Our Correspondent says that the National Broadcasting Commision (NBC) shut down the radio station on the Imo State Government’s alleged order for reporting the facts of the July 17 murder of 14 wedding guests in Awomama in Oru East Local Government Area of the state by the Ebubeagu Security operatives.

However, the radio station issued a statement in Owerri where the station was claimed that it was “temporarily suspended” and not shut down.

As seen on his Facebook page, Uba says he is being targeted though he would later provide an update that the security operatives have left.
