Bandits in Kaduna release 35 abducted people

Ibekimi Oriamaja Reports
35 individuals who were abducted at the Keke B hamlet near Millennium City Kaduna roughly three weeks ago have been freed by bandits.
However, the thugs kept one prisoner, telling them they could only let the prisoner go if they gave them two motorcycles.
Uwasu Yunusa, the JTF’s local commander, confirmed the news to journalists in Kaduna.
Locals claim that “the 35 people who were kidnapped at Keke B Millennium City in Cikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State three weeks ago have recovered their freedom.”
On Friday night, they returned to the Keke B village, where they were welcomed by a large crowd.
One person is still held captive because the robbers demanded that his family hand over two motorcycles, according to them.
Before they were freed, a ransom of N2.5 million was paid.
The abducted doctor and 15 other people, including women and kids from the Sabon Gero hamlet, got their freedom back, they claimed.
