Ibekimi Oriamaja Reports
According to Completesports.com, Genk manager Wouter Vrancken has not ruled out the potential that Paul Onuachu will leave the team this summer.
For the previous two years, Onuachu’s departure from the team has been rumored.
After making 38 league appearances for the Smurfs and scoring 33 goals, the 28-year-old was anticipated to quit the team last summer.
The forward led the team in scoring last season, tallying 21 goals and two assists in 35 league games.
Onuachu didn’t play in Genk’s first three games of this season, but he did come on as a substitute in the match against Zulte Waregem last weekend.
Paul is moving forward and making an effort; perhaps, he will return soon, Vrancken told Voetbal Nieuws.
You can’t say with certainty that he won’t leave this summer.
Onuachu might depart this summer, according to Genk manager Vracken, first published on Complete Sports.
