Akeredolu will designate Araromi Seaside as a tourist area.

Ibekimi Oriamaja Reports
The Araromi Seaside in Igbokoda, Ilaje Local Government Area (LGA), will make Ondo State a well-liked tourist destination on a worldwide scale, according to Rotimi Akeredolu, the head of the southern APC governors.
Akeredolu stated that the government has completed the necessary documentation to designate the Seaside as a tourism zone when he made this claim on Friday in Akure.
He said that the declaration will bring attention to the state on a global scale, saying that the State’s huge tourism potential would no longer go unmet.
La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort Ltd. would collaborate on the project, according to Akeredolu.
He claimed that it will bring successful tourism stories, notably those from Dubai, to the Sunshine State.
The coastlines or waterfronts, where the country has many benefits, will be classified as a tourism zone, he said.
According to Otunba Wanle Akinboboye, Chairman of La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort Ltd., the proclamation will increase tax collections and job growth in the state.
The declaration, according to Akinboboye, will provide a platform for the current and succeeding generations to fully embrace tourism.
He vowed that the wealth of natural tourism resources in the Sunshine State will be looked into for the state’s economic growth and the benefit of everyone, not only Nigerians.
“Nigeria has 840 kilometers of coastline, which is divided among six states; Ondo state has the most, at around 200 kilometers, as I’m sure you are aware.
“The entire city of Dubai has 70 kilometers of coastline and welcomes more than 15.9 million visitors a year.
The governor, he said, “Just imagine if they invested a thousand dollars, multiply by 15.9 million people, stated he wanted to bring the entire world here.”
Akinboboye remarked that the state had a number of aquatic zone attractions and expected that it would provide a sizable amount of employment opportunities.
Since troller activities are prohibited, we have the richest ocean. As a result, our sea is incredibly rich in different fish species, prawns, and the tourism sector as a whole, which we are confident will draw in Africans in the diaspora in addition to Nigerians.
“Such a declaration will bring in business prospects from all around the world. The state would have established a unified platform for the residents of the future with this declaration.
The platform we are currently standing on was built by people from yesterday.
The process of creating the platform for the people of tomorrow has already begun, Mr. Governor “He declared.
