ALEIBIRI CELEBRATES THEIR OWN, A GRASSROOT MOBILIZER, COMR. EBILADE EKEREFE

It was a rapturous atmosphere in Aleibiri community as the immediate past National spokesperson of the Ijaw Youth Council worldwide, Comrade Ebilade Ekerefe received a hero’s welcome following the expiration of his tenure as spokesperson of the Ijaw Youth Council, worldwide.
The chairman Alei Council of chiefs, Sir Benedict Guembe who spoke on behalf of His Royal Highness, the Alei of Aleibiri, King Simon Ebebi, on Wednesday, described Ebilade Ekerefe as a worthy son of Aleibiri who served the Ijaw Nation meritoriously.
King Simon Ebebi prays God almighty to grant him more strength and capacity to continue to serve his people.
Addressing the mammoth crowd in Aleibiri, Comrade Ebilade Ekerefe expressed appreciation for the massive turnout of the people, stressing that for the people to come out in numbers to welcome him, signifies the impact he had while in office.
Meanwhile, Comrade Ebilade Ekerefe also used the medium to hint of his next move ahead of the November 11th governorship election in the state.
Comrade Ebilade Ekerefe was conferred with the award of excellence as the Best and Famous IYC National Spokesperson by the Niger Delta Peace Ambassadors and Niger Delta Peace Advocates.
