An Ondo High Court sitting in Akure has ordered compensation for an amputee who was shot.

The court ordered the Ondo State Government to pay Oluwasegun Oluwarotimi N30m as damages for the gunshot injuries he suffered in an encounter with operatives of the State Security Network codenamed Amotekun Corps.
In the suit filed by Tope Temokun Chambers, Justice O.M Adejumo, condemned the shooting of the Oluwarotimi that led to the amputation of his leg.
Oluwarotimi, 36, was an okada rider when the incident occured.
