APC loses members in Lagos to the PDP
The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Lagos State lost hundreds of members to the Peoples Democratic Party on Tuesday (PDP).
The defectors from Lagos State’s Epe Local Government Area also declared their support for Olajide Adediran, also known as Jandor, and his running mate, Olufunke Akindele, the PDP’s governorship candidate in the state.
The defectors stated that the APC’s constant deception and deception, which has harmed their political careers, is also dangerous to Nigeria’s democratic system.
Tai Benedict, the party’s Deputy Chairman, welcomed the defectors and praised them for their courage in leaving the APC and joining the PDP to save the state from 23 years of neglect and bad governance.
A. Mutaz, a prominent PDP leader in Epe Local Government, congratulated the defectors and urged them to mobilize voters for the party at the grassroots level.
Mutaz promised that the agenda of the party’s governorship candidate will transform their traumatic experience in the APC.
