Ibekimi Oriamaja Reports
According to Track News, Chris Finebone, the All Progressives Congress’s (APC) Rivers State Publicity Secretary, has switched to the PDP, the main opposition.
The staunchest ally of Rotimi Amaechi’s former transportation minister Finebone, according to Daily Trust, publicly declared his intention to abandon the APC on Friday morning.
The Opobo Ring Road construction contract will be awarded before Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike leaves office in 2023, according to Wike.
When Finebone and Davies Ibiamu Ikanya visited Wike’s house on Thursday night, he said this.
Wike said after hearing what Finebone said, “Before I leave office in May 2023, I will award the contract for the Opobo Ring Road and make sure that the funding is made available.
“God made your son to be the governorship candidate for our party. The same God will glorify Himself via his victory. It was not my idea; it was God’s. According to Wike, the Opobo people should thank God for his kindness.
