APC’s Abdulraheem wins Reps seat for Ajaokuta Federal Constituency in Kogi
The candidate of the All Progressives Congress, (APC), Barr. Sanni Egidi Abdulraheem has won the election for Ajaokuta Federal Constituency in Kogi State.
The Returning Officer for the 2023 House of Representatives Election in Ajaokuta Federal Constituency, Prof. Gbenga Ibileye, declared that the Candidate of the APC – Barr. Abdulraheem polled a total of 12,049 votes to win the election.
Prof. Ibileye noted that another candidate, Ziya Gwatana Gabriel of the Labour Party scored 842, while Idrisu Lawal Muhammadu of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) had 4,303.
Others, as announced by the returning officer, include Raji Sheidu of the NRM – 41 Votes, Okino Aluscious Adeiza of the Peoples Democratic Party PDP – 8,110 votes, Bello Abdulazeez of the PRP – 249 and Ismaila Abdulmajeed of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) 39 votes.
