Arsenal’s Balogun finally decides country to represent, snubs Nigeria
Arsenal star, Folarin Balogun, has finally chosen the USA over England and Nigeria.
According to football transfer guru, Fabrizio Romano, Balogun has decided to pledge his allegiance to the USA over Nigeria and England.
Balogun is eligible to represent all three countries on the international stage as he was born to Nigerian parents in the USA and was raised in England.
“Breaking, huge news for the United States. Arsenal star Folarin Balogun has finally decided to represent USMNT — he will switch allegiance to USA,” Romano tweeted on Tuesday.
“Balogun took his time but the decision has been made. No England; he will represent the USA. Official soon. Here we go.”
