At Least 17 Found Dead, Others Injured In South Africa Nightclub

At least seventeen people were found dead in an East London, South African nightclub early on Sunday morning.
Local reports also claim that several others were found injured and the cause of the unfortunate situation is still yet to be understood.
Several bodies were found Enyobeni Tavern on Sunday morning and media reports in the country have confirmed that others have secured different grades of injuries.
“The circumstances surrounding the incident are under investigation as we speak,” a Policeman, Tembinkosi Kinana told Newzroom Africa television channel.
“We do not want to make any speculations at this stage,” he said.
Emergency personnel have made their way to the scene of the deaths and relatives of the deceased have not been granted access to their bodies.
Locals have also called for the temporary closure of the nightclub.
Nomthetheleli Lilian Mene told SABC News that “there was an alleged stampede inside the tavern”.
The Eastern Cape Health Department also reported that the dead bodies have been moved to mortuaries and autopsies will be conducted to have an idea of the cause of the incident.
The people who died at the nightclub were according to local reports aged between 18 and 20.
