Atiku calls for safe release of abducted students in Niger

Former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar has called on the federal government to ensure the immediate and safe return of all students abducted at the Government Science College (GSC) Kagara, in Niger State.
Recall that gunmen on Wednesday morning stormed the school in military uniform and kidnapped scores of students.
Atiku, reacting to the incident on Twitter asked that no resources be spared in ensuring the safe return of the kidnapped victims.
He also assured the affected families that his thoughts and prayers were with them.
“My thoughts and prayers are with the families of the kidnapped students and staff of Government Science College, Kagara in Rafi Local Government Area of Niger State.
“I hope that no resource will be spared to bring them home safely,” he said.
